The elements are sold under the brand name SS Industries.

The company is led by a team of highly qualified engineers and professionals with more than 25 years of experience in the field of electric heating. The heating elements are manufactured at our plants located in Sumanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka in INDIA. The plant are capable for handling huge volumes both for domestic and export markets. A area of 2400 sq ft has been commissioned to enhance production capacity and concentrate more on exports and Domestic OEMs.

Our Director

Mr. Saibabu (+91 9845062651, 9980162652) an electrical engineering graduate from Bangalore University passed out in the year 1990 Dec with a first class from Bangalore University having worked in similar industry of manufacturing Heating Elements and was founder director of Thermen Heating Technologies Pvt Ltd. For period 25 years from the year 1994 to 2016 March.Mr. Saibabu as a director has always been very dedicated to company growth. He is not only focusing on company growth, he is even concentrating to make the product of good quality. He always tries to maintain a nice healthy environment inside the manufacturing unit. Our employees are very happy by working under him. He is an extremely motivated person who keeps a high spirit to reach our company goal.

  • Straight Heating Elements
    Tubular heating elements are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. Standard diameters are 0.260", 0.315", 0.375", 0.430", 0.475" and 0.496". Other special sizes are available. Depending on the diameter, lengths can be supplied up to 335".
  • Formed Heating Elements
    Custom heating elements can be provided to any length, formed into virtually any configuration and sheathed in a variety of different materials to suit your application. Likewise, the connection/termination possibilities are limited only by your imagination and the availability of components.
  • Considerations when Selecting Tubular Heaters
    Electrical termination type, Temperature control, Voltage and wattage rating, Installation and mounting requirements (brackets, fittings, etc.), Forming and bending requirements, Operating temperature, Corrosive environment and effects on the heater.
